We understand plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Cancellation by You
Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 14 days before departure: full refund minus any non-recoverable booking costs
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future tour where possible
Deposits
The 30% deposit secures your seat and covers advance arrangements. It is non-refundable within 7 days of departure but can often be moved to another date or tour - just ask.
Cancellation by RoadRiders.pk
If we cancel a tour for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. For cancellations due to weather, road closures or events beyond our control, we will offer alternatives or credit where a refund is not possible.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 working days of confirmation.
Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another person before departure at no extra charge, provided they meet any trip requirements.
