For peak season (June-September) we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead, as group seats fill quickly. Last-minute seats are sometimes available - just ask on WhatsApp.
Absolutely. Use the booking form for the number of travellers, or request a private departure through our Custom Tours page for fully tailored logistics.
Payments
Bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash. Card payments are coming soon. Account details are shared after you submit a booking.
Yes - a 30% deposit reserves your seat, with the balance due before departure. You can also choose to pay in full at checkout.
No. The price you see includes everything listed under 'Included'. Optional extras (like room upgrades) are shown transparently before you pay.
Weather & Safety
Our guides monitor conditions and adjust itineraries for safety. In rare cases of road closures, we offer alternatives or reschedule - your safety always comes first.
Most of our group tours are Easy to Moderate, suitable for all fitness levels. Treks like Fairy Meadows are marked Challenging - each tour page lists its difficulty.
Yes. We run friendly, vetted group tours with 24/7 support. Solo travellers and women's groups travel with us regularly and safely.

We can arrange pickups from Islamabad and other cities on request. Share your details on WhatsApp and we'll handle the logistics.
Group Tours
Group tours usually run with 12-18 travellers - large enough to be social, small enough that everyone is looked after.
Standard packages are on twin/triple-share basis. Prefer privacy? Choose a private or deluxe room upgrade during booking.
